A Girl and Her Dragon

Finally done. That haiiirrrrrrr.

I've come to two conclusions while drawing this.
1) CLAMP is fucking insane for doing that long hair again and again.
2) So is Arina Tanemura.

I'm such a fantasy whore I need to draw moar fantasy @v@ Though I don't think I'll ever do hair this long ever again. Lining it took a good 3 hours. And coloring it took quite some time too. But I'm really happy with how this came out! Probably the first illustration I've done that I can actually sort of say I'm proud of.

I've never drawn a dragon before, or a cloudy sky really, so I wasn't completely happy with how they turned out, but I think they're fine for a first try.

Renka has changed so much from her original design... ahaha.
